Online Courses
We ask that you do not enroll in our courses casually – we have invested time and energy into our programs and expect that you will do the same.
You will have indefinite access to the program materials, so please do not request a refund because you haven’t had time to go through the course or could not attend specific sessions including live calls or webinars that were part of the course.
We are proud of our course offerings and have seen their results. Therefore after implementing the course teachings, if you find that our course has not improved your teaching and/or yoga business, we will happily refund your enrollment fee in full with the following terms:
- You’ve implemented the course teachings in your business.
- You have viewed all the videos, completed all of the course assignments and taken the knowledge assessment as applicable.
- You’ve asked questions via email, the discussion section on individual videos or the course Facebook group when applicable to address your concerns or confusion as soon as possible.
- Destroy all course material.
You have 30 days after purchase to request a refund after which we will no longer make exceptions for any refund requests.
Please note we do not offer any partial refunds for missed sessions including if live calls or webinars were part of your course.
In Person Training & Public Classes
In the event you are unable to attend your registered training, you may choose to transfer your tuition to another qualified participant and update us accordingly.
Due to the limited number of spaces and logistics that go into preparing an industry-leading educational experience for our participants, we ask that you double and triple check your schedule to ensure you will be able to attend the training dates and times prior to making any payments. Once you have placed your payments, you acknowledge that you have accepted and agree to the Returns & Cancellation Terms.
We understand that circumstances may arise that could prevent you from being able to attend the training and have the following cancellation options:
- Cancellations FOUR or more weeks prior to training can receive a full tuition credit towards the next training module of your choice or a 50% refund of your tuition..
- Cancellations within FOUR weeks of training will be issued a 50% credit towards the next training module of your choice.
- Cancellations without notice will not be issued a refund nor granted a tuition credit.
For the reasons listed above, we cannot make exceptions regardless of circumstances and appreciate your understanding.
- Cancellations made FOUR or more weeks prior to training start date will not be issued a refund nor granted a tuition credit.
- Cancellations within FOUR weeks of the training start date will not be issued a refund nor granted a tuition credit.
- Cancellations without notice will not be issued a refund nor granted a tuition credit.
For the reasons listed above as well as the tuition savings extended via Package Pricing, we are unable to make exceptions, regardless of circumstances and appreciate your understanding.
200-Hour Teacher Training, Retreats, & Special Offerings
Due to the unique nature of these offerings, please ensure you read the FAQs section for the specific return or cancellation policy that is applicable to the course prior to your payment for the course. Once you have placed your payments, you acknowledge that you have accepted and agree to the event specific Returns & Cancellation Terms.
