Join renowned prenatal and family yoga teacher Carole Westerman for a day-long teacher training intensive on how to serve prenatal students in group classes!

As yoga teachers, it is of vital importance that we are knowledgeable about basic pregnancy modifications for each trimester.  While you may or may not desire to teach a “prenatal yoga class,”  you will most definitely have pregnant students in your general classes from time-to-time.

When you know the modifications for each trimester, you can create a sense of trust and community with your students as you confidently guide them through their practice in a safe and empowered way.

An added bonus is that other students in your classes will see that you are well educated and open to modifications, and they will also feel more confident and secure with you as their teacher for any future life circumstances that may affect their yoga practice.

In addition, Carole has prepared a 15-page booklet packed with great information and helpful tips. We will use it during the training and it’s yours to take home!
