The 90 Monkeys 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is the heart and soul of the 90 Monkeys teacher training curriculum, where new students and veteran teachers alike cultivate a lifelong path of of self-discovery through the profound teachings of yoga.
This year, we are delighted to announce our first international training! 90 Monkeys is going on the road, hosted by Yoga Vida on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Yoga Vida is located in Mooloolaba, the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Just a stroll will take you to patrolled surf beaches, or a short drive will get you to hinterland gems such as Montville, and the Glasshouse Mountains – a hikers paradise. Bring your SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) in case you’d like to paddle your way through Mooloolaba’s labyrinth of waterways launching from Yoga Vida!
We are honored to be able to bring our training down under thanks to the overwhelming demand and encouragement from our Australian students and friends, as well as the wonderful team at Yoga Vida!
This training will be led by international yoga teacher, Amy Ippoliti. Amy’s dynamic wisdom and innovative teaching methods are the result of 30+ years of study, and 20 years of teaching.
Amy’s commitment to sharing the vast teachings of yoga with uncompromising quality and joy empowers students to develop a unique, authentic relationship to yoga. The 90 Monkeys training offers a world-class education, grounded in the wisdom of experienced teachers and empowered professionalism and self-inquiry.
There are few trainings that provide as many contact hours with the principal teacher, but at 90 Monkeys we are committed to having our students spend the majority of their time under Amy’s guidance.
This training will combine studies in:
- Alignment-based vinyasa yoga
- Yoga lifestyle and well-being
- Pranayama & meditation
- Foundations for teaching yoga
- Professionalism & right livelihood
- Teaching methodology
- And so much more!
If this is your first teacher training program, this training will immerse you in yoga and build an extraordinary foundation for both teaching and practicing. If you have already graduated from another 200-hour program, we encourage you to apply! Continuing education will help you augment and diversify your training background and work closely under Amy’s guidance.

Training with Amy has been one of the most fulfilling, empowering and uplifting experiences of my life. I’ve learned how to have a deeper conversation with my body – one that is healthy, sustainable and uplifting. Amy exudes absolute passion, joy and deep knowledge of yoga and so she naturally passes this on to her students. This teacher Training is transformational on so many levels. Amy’s TT gave me the momentum I needed to go to the next level. She helped me to get unstuck in places I didn’t realize I was stuck. Amy didn’t just tell me “anything is possible”, she helped me find the tools to grow as a teacher and as a human being.
